Those who seek truth in earnest
are rewarded with endless bounty;

Counselling is the sacred space
to allow that truth to come forth.

What kind of counselling do you do?

I am an intuitive counsellor, so I don’t subscribe to a single approach or method. I place my trust in the flow of each session to guide us where we need to be.

The three overall pillars of my counselling work are:

  • Story-work – We examine underlying narratives operating behind the scenes, becoming conscious of the frames of reference used to construct our world. From there we can ask ourselves if these serve us and what might serve us better.
  • Parts-work – We dialogue with sub-personalities to uncover their needs and fears. By giving voice to hidden parts, we reach greater understanding of our motivations and behaviours.
  • Shadow-work – We give space to allow disavowed aspects of the psyche to arise and be met with acceptance and love. This leads to the integration of what we have buried and judged as ‘wrong’, helping us reach a greater sense of wholeness.

Areas of specialisation are:

  • spiritual development / self actualisation
  • relationships, including attachment styles
  • people pleasing
  • social anxiety
How should I choose a counsellor?

Counselling is all about the relationship. You should make your decision based on how much you ‘click’ more than any other factor. I recommend speaking to a few counsellors before committing to one, then using your intuition to guide you.

To speak with me, you can book an introduction meeting.

What are your qualifications and experience?

I have been practising counselling part-time since 2022 with my own business, Last Mile. I have a Diploma of Counselling from Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.

My lived experience is my true qualification. I have been obsessed with psychology since my childhood, driven by a desire to free myself from crippling depression and social anxiety of my teenage years and early adulthood. This has led me into the depths of myself, so I can comfortably sit with yours.

What is your pricing and format?

Sessions are for sixty minutes and conducted online using Zoom.

Cost is $100AU for a single session, or $500 for a package of six.

Please also note I only work with clients using video, in order to facilitate the counselling relationship.

To aquire for availability, you can contact me directly or book an introduction meeting.
