In this online, weekly event, we practice the Nadi Shodhana breathing exercise (otherwise known as alternative nostril breathing).
This is a simple, cyclical breath, which promotes balance and calm. It is not connected with any religious teaching and can be used by all people of all (or no) faith.
Stay afterwards for a twenty-minute open discussion. Bring a topic or we can just chat!
